Bio
Kyle is the new head coach of the STU men’s rugby program (2024). He competed in high school, university, and senior men’s rugby leagues, and played for New Brunswick and the Canadian Forces in national and international competition. He is a STU rugby alumnus who was a member of the 1997 NB/PEI University League Champions team. Kyle started coaching rugby in 1997 with the UNB Women’s Rugby Football Club, and helped the Iron Maidens to win the 1998 NB/PEI University League Championship. Kyle pursued a career in the military after graduating from STU in 1998. His travels in the military enabled his coaching development through assisting various rugby clubs, including the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Barracudas, the Royal Canadian Regiment, and the Royal Military College Paladins. Kyle retired and settled in Fredericton, where he now coaches at STU and FHS
